v1.4.2

The v1.4.2 release changes how a due or overdue recurring transaction shows up and gets posted, so it reads as something still waiting on you rather than something that already happened on some old date. No breaking changes, no .env changes, no manual steps to upgrade.

Due recurring transactions now lead Today #

A recurring template that’s due today, or overdue, used to sit in your account’s transaction list at its own scheduled date — dimmed grey, buried under whatever real transactions came after it, reading as if it had already happened. Now it pins to the top of the Today group instead, ahead of today’s real transactions, so it reads as still waiting on you.

To see it in your own account:

1. Open any account with recurring transactions on it.
2. Look at the Today group at the top of the list. Any template that’s due today or overdue shows there first, each marked Not posted — ahead of today’s real transactions, not sorted in with them.
3. A template that’s still ahead of schedule is untouched — it stays grouped at its own future date further down the list, not pulled up to Today.

Posting one now dates the transaction correctly, too:

1. Open Settings → Recurring.
2. Open the ⋮ menu on a due or overdue row and tap Post.
3. The review dialog opens with its date chip pre-filled to today, not the missed scheduled date — still editable if you want a different day. A template that isn’t overdue keeps pre-filling its own scheduled date, as before.

Note This is a frontend-only change to how the list groups and sorts, and to what date a posted transaction gets — the schedule itself, and when the next payment comes due, work exactly as before.
