v0.5.1 Econumo release

The v0.5.1 release primarily includes bug fixes and minor improvements based on feedback from the Reddit community following the announcement of Econumo CE.

• Fixed the display of multiple expense transactions with the same category in the budget.
• Added a placeholder for the transaction entry form.
• Resolved issues with the date range functionality in the budget.
• Added a “Shared Access” page to Econumo CE.
• Fixed the /api/v1/system/import-currency-rates endpoint to update existing exchange rates without returning a 500 error.
• Introduced the app:add-currency CLI command to add a new currency.
